SCOPE OF WORK: We made accessibility improvements throughout the entire building. Accessibility improvements included refitting existing bathrooms to make them ADA compliant; we also made improvements in the front and side entrances of the building, including a new accessible ramp in the front entrance, new SS handrails, new aluminum storefronts, a new metal ceiling in the lobby area, and new ADA sidewalks and parking spaces.
